Downtown Missoula Partnership's Holidays on Higgins. From 3 to 7 PM, North Higgins Avenue from Broadway to the XXXXs is closed off for a stationary parade, food and treat vendors, and a makers market. At 6 PM sharp, Santa and the mayor go up a fire truck ladder to light the big tree by the XXXXs. Free daytime festivities also run around downtown.
