The last scheduled public star party of 2026 at Jewett Observatory, home of the largest refracting telescope in Washington. Hosted by the Washington State University Department of Physics & Astronomy and cosponsored by the Palouse Astronomical Society. Visitors take turns at the historic 12-inch Clark refractor; what you see depends on the weather, and the night is cancelled if skies are cloudy or the air quality index tops 200. Dress warmly, and park in the blue slots by the dome, which anyone may use after hours and on weekends.
