The Oregon Burn Center Annual Safety Fair & EMS/Firefighter Chili Cookoff is Saturday, Feb 13, 2027, 12:00–3:00 PM at the Portland Expo Center, 2025 N Expo Rd, Portland, OR 97217. Hosted by the Oregon Burn Center for National Burn Awareness Week, fire departments and EMS teams from across the region compete for the Judges' Choice trophy and the People's Choice belt, raising funds for burn prevention education.
