The City of Port Isabel's 14th annual Pachanga closes Queen Isabella Days on Maxan Street downtown, 6 p.m. to midnight on both Friday, Oct. 9 and Saturday, Oct. 10 (times per the city's release). About two and a half blocks become a pedestrian festival with food, beverage, artisan and activity vendors, and live music near the Manautou and Longoria Street intersections.
